Welcome to নৈপুণ্য – Noipunno. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website (https://noipunnoshop.com) and the purchase of our products. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. General Conditions

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

  • You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of our products, designs, or website content without express written permission from Noipunno.

2. Product Information & Handloom Characteristics

  • Accuracy of Display: We have made every effort to display the colors and images of our sarees as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor or mobile screen’s display of any color will be completely accurate.

  • The Mark of Authenticity: Our flagship Rajshahi Silk sarees are handcrafted and handwoven. Slight variations in weave, texture, or color are inherent characteristics of pure silk and traditional handloom weaving. These are not defects, but rather the beautiful hallmark of authentic artisanship (Noipunno).

3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are inclusive of applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise.

  • We reserve the right to modify the prices of our products at any time without prior notice.

  • We accept payments via Credit/Debit Cards, MFS (e.g. bKash, Nagad etc.) & Cash on Delivery (COD). For high-value Rajshahi Silk purchases via COD, we may require a partial advance payment to confirm the order.

4. Orders & Cancellations

  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled after it has been dispatched from our facility.

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to inventory shortages or suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, a full refund will be initiated immediately.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We proudly deliver across Bangladesh.

  • Delivery times are estimates. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Noipunno is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, or political unrest.

6. Returns & Exchanges

  • Due to the premium and delicate nature of our Rajshahi Silk, Georgette, and Chiffon sarees, we have a strict quality control process before dispatch.

  • Exchanges are only accepted if the product delivered is fundamentally defective or if the wrong item was shipped.

  • To be eligible for an exchange, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the delivery.

    Note: We highly recommend recording a continuous unboxing video when you receive your package, as this will be required to process any claims for defects or missing items.

  • Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags and Noipunno packaging intact.

7. Intellectual Property All content included on this site, such as logos, graphics, text, images, and brand identity, is the property of Noipunno and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

8. Governing Law These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh.

9. Changes to Terms & Conditions We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at our discretion. Any changes will be posted on this page, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically.
